Aspirant Consulting Group is proud to announce the addition of Courtenay DeLaney as a Managing Consultant.
Officer DeLaney brings more than twenty-four years of law enforcement experience and currently serves as a Police Officer and Accreditation Manager with the West Whiteland Township Police Department in Chester County, Pennsylvania. In her role, she is responsible for maintaining proofs of compliance and ensuring adherence to established accreditation standards, supporting agency accountability and operational effectiveness.
DeLaney began her career in Chester County and later served in Lancaster County before returning to West Whiteland Township. Her experience across multiple jurisdictions provides her with a well-rounded understanding of law enforcement operations and agency practices.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, DeLaney has served as a negotiator with both the Chester County Regional Emergency Response Team (CCRERT) and the Lancaster County CERT Team, where she operated in high-pressure and critical incident environments.
DeLaney attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and is a graduate of the Delaware County Police Academy, Class of 2001.
At Aspirant, DeLaney will focus on accreditation support services, compliance review, and assisting agencies in navigating the accreditation process. Her addition strengthens Aspirant’s mission to support public safety agencies through professional standards, structured processes, and operationally grounded consulting services.
