Patrick Dolly

Patrick Dolly is a police sergeant and training professional with experience across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His work includes patrol supervision, curriculum development, academy instruction, policy implementation, background investigations, use-of-force review, and leadership of an agency field training program. He is a certified law-enforcement instructor in both states and has taught recruits, field training officers, supervisors, and command-level leaders. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Justice Administration and a Bachelor of Criminal Justice. His courses emphasize consistent evaluation, useful documentation, coaching, accountability, and the supervisory systems that make field training defensible.
